At Axnis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request within 07 days for a refund or exchange. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Returns must be initiated within 07 days from the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customer@axnis.in to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at customer@axnis.in. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The original item must be returned in accordance with our return policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at customer@axnis.in. Please make sure to make an unboxing video of the product for smooth return and replacement of damaged or defective items. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos and video of the defect or damage. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer@axnis.in.
